Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

These terms cover agentix8.com, operated by Agentix8 ("we", "us"). They apply when you register for a live training event, attend one, or submit information through any of our forms. By registering, you agree to them.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

From you: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company, and your answers on our forms, plus your consent choices.
From data providers, with your authorization (see Credit and financial data authorization): information from a soft credit inquiry, estimated household income, and other demographic, household, property and limited financial information.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the page you came from.
From event organizers and partners: the names, phone numbers, email addresses and logos of the people and companies running an event.

How we use it

To register you, and to send your confirmation and reminders (including texts the day before and the morning of each class).
To let the event's organizers know who registered.
To understand your real estate goals and readiness, and to follow up with relevant real estate, investing and financing information and opportunities.
To track attendance for continuing education (CE) credit, and report it where a class offers credit, as required by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
To run, secure and improve our events and services, and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us under confidentiality obligations: LeadFi (lead analysis and soft-credit pre-screening), GoHighLevel (forms, CRM, texts and email), Vercel (hosting) and Google (email and calendar).
Event organizers and sponsors: your name, contact details and company, so they can deliver the event. We don't give your credit or financial information to sponsors unless you ask us to connect you with one.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Google user data

Our tools use Google APIs only on the organizer's own Google account: to send event emails from that account (Gmail, send-only), to add events to its calendar, and to upload videos to its own YouTube channel. We don't access, store or share any other Google user's data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep registration details for as long as we need them for the event, follow-up and CE reporting, or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your credit and financial data authorization, email ai.operations.444@gmail.com. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Terms of Service

1. Registration and events

Our events are educational. Seats may be limited, and we may change dates, times, locations or content, or cancel an event; we'll tell registered attendees. Nothing at an event is legal, tax, financial or credit advice. Talk to your own professionals before acting on what you learn.

2. Continuing education credit

Some classes offer Florida real estate CE credit. To receive credit you must attend the entire class; partial credit isn't allowed. We report attendance to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as required.

3. Credit and financial data authorization

By checking the authorization box on a registration form, you give written instructions and consent, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable law, for Agentix8 and its service providers, including LeadFi, to:

obtain your consumer report or credit information from one or more consumer reporting agencies through a soft credit inquiry;
obtain your estimated household income and other demographic, household, property and limited financial information from third-party data providers and public sources; and
use that information to evaluate your real estate, investing and financing readiness and to send you relevant information and opportunities.

A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score and isn't visible to lenders. We aren't a lender. We don't make credit decisions or approve or deny anyone for credit, and this authorization isn't an application for credit. This authorization stays in effect until you withdraw it by emailing ai.operations.444@gmail.com.

4. Text messages

If you opt in on a form, you agree to receive text messages about the event you registered for, including confirmations and reminders, from or on behalf of the event organizer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts isn't a condition of any purchase. We don't share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

5. Your information is accurate

You agree that the information you give us is true and is about you (or that you're authorized to give it).

6. Recording and photos

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you agree that we and the event's sponsors may use those photos and recordings to promote future events.

7. Limits of liability

Events and our website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from an event, our website or these services.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
